Deuxième millésime de notre tout premier VIN ORANGE ! Ce vin de macération est issu intégralement de notre magnifique grenache gris du Triadou. Après plus de 10 jours en cuve ce vin aux arômes de clémentine, de rose et d’épices a été décuvé, soutiré et mis en bouteille sans aucun ajout de sulfites. Sa légère trame tannique vous permettra de l’associer agréablement avec vos plats asiatiques (umami) ou tout simplement à l'apéritif légèrement rafraîchit. Notre Yin Yang orange est avant tout…
