Il plaît, il plaît beaucoup, il plaît de plus en plus, notre Yin Yang blanc.
Ce blanc léger, dans la famille des « reviens-y, j’ai déjà fini mon verre », était prévu pour l’apéritif mais il sait maintenant accompagner également tout un bon repas d’amis !
Tapas, huîtres, poissons et fromages s’unissent pour réclamer cet assemblage de grenache blanc (69%), gris (12%) et de rolle (19%).
Notre YinYang blanc est avant tout un vin bien équilibré, où l’on retrouvera l’éclat, la tonicité, l’originalité et la fraicheur des vins du Domaine….
